FAQs
Looking to collaborate on your next project?
Do you travel for shoots?
Absolutely. While we’re based in Tampa, we regularly travel for shoots throughout Florida and beyond. Travel costs are always estimated in advance and included in your proposal, so there are no surprises.
How is pricing structured?
We build custom quotes for every project. We offer clear packages such as half day, full day, and full day plus, but every project is unique. The final quote depends on factors like image count, the complexity of the space, staging needs, and whether people will be included in the shots.

What is cost sharing and how does it work?
Cost sharing is a common practice in architectural photography and a great way to reduce your individual investment.
If multiple stakeholders (such as the architect, builder, interior designer, or developer) plan to use the images, they can split the cost of the shoot. One party acts as the commissioning client, manages scheduling, selects final images, and receives the invoice. That party handles any reimbursement or internal split with the others.
We apply a small percentage increase to the total for each additional party that is added to cover licensing. In the end, each party pays less than they would on their own, and everyone walks away with a full set of high-quality images.
Who owns the photos after the shoot?
We retain full copyright of all images. Every commissioned shoot includes a standard usage license that allows you to use the images for marketing, your website, social media, awards, internal use, and more. The license does not expire.
If you need expanded usage later, such as for publication or commercial advertising, we can easily add that when needed.
Can I share the images with other collaborators?
Images cannot be passed along to other parties unless they’re licensed properly. If someone else will be using the photos, even just a few, they should be included in the cost share up front or license specific images afterward.
We’re happy to coordinate that with you. Just let us know in advance.
Can we post the photos on social media?
Yes, absolutely. We want the work to be seen and shared. Social media usage is included in your license. All we ask is that you tag us when possible: @rimophoto
