We keep things simple, collaborative, and tailored to each project. Here’s what to expect when working with us:

Planning the Shoot:

Once you reach out, we’ll usually kick things off with a quick call. It helps us understand the project scope, your firm or company, and what you’re hoping to achieve with the photography, whether that’s marketing, award submissions, RFPs, or something else.

We’ll also talk through timing: Is the space ready to be photographed now, or are you planning ahead? The more we understand your goals and where things stand, the better we can prep.

If the location is nearby, we often scout in advance. This helps us get a feel for the light, layout, and shooting angles. We’ll use that walkthrough (or your site materials) to build a collaborative shot list. Timing, lighting, and composition are all considered so that we’re maximizing every frame.

On the day of the shoot, we arrive with a plan, but we stay flexible. We may adjust compositions or timing depending on light, weather, or other opportunities that come up on-site.

I focus on lighting and composition, making sure each shot is technically solid and reflects the overall vision for the project. Molly (my amazing assistant) handles staging, styling, and fine-tuning the details. Together, we collaborate with you throughout the day to make sure the imagery reflects the design with accuracy and intention.

We keep the vibe relaxed and focused. We work efficiently without rushing, and we’re always aiming to deliver the strongest possible result for everyone involved.

Shoot Day:

Post-Production & Delivery

After the shoot, we hand-edit each image to ensure lighting, color, and perspective are clean and consistent. Proofs are delivered within 15 business days for your review. Once we get your feedback, we apply any requested retouching and deliver the finals within 15–20 business days.

Photography Rates & Cost Sharing

Our rates are based on a creative fee model and includes usage rights to the final images (we retain image ownership). We offer three tiers:

  • Half Day: 4–5 hours, 5–10 final images

  • Full Day: 8–10 hours, 10-15 final images

  • Full Day Plus: 15-20 images

Final image counts depend on the complexity of the space, staging needs, and whether we’re incorporating people.

Here’s how cost-sharing it works:

For each additional party added to the usage agreement, a licensing fee is added to the total.

  • That total is then split evenly between all involved parties.

  • The more parties involved, the lower the cost per person.

Why it benefits you:
Instead of paying the full rate on your own, cost-sharing lets you split expenses with your project partners and still receive a full set of professionally produced, licensed images you can all use. It’s a win-win for everyone.

One party (the commissioning client) will handle billing, image selection, and coordinating feedback. This keeps the process streamlined on our end and yours.
