I’m Rich Montalbano, the owner and lead photographer behind RiMO Photo. I specialize in architectural and interior photography, with a background in architecture that deeply informs how I approach every project. Based in the Tampa Bay area and available for projects throughout the Southeast United States and nationwide, I work with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and hospitality brands to create imagery that feels intentional, refined, and true to the space.

I’ve always been drawn to the details that define great design…the lines, the light, the materials, the purpose behind it all. My goal is to capture not just what a space looks like, but how it feels and functions. Whether I’m photographing a custom home, a commercial project, a hospitality space, or a thoughtfully designed interior, I approach every shoot with a strong understanding of composition, natural light, and architectural form.

I’m also a licensed FAA Part 107 drone pilot, offering aerial photography and video that helps showcase the full context of a property, structure, or environment from a unique perspective.

Alongside me on every shoot is Molly Tieman, my photography stylist, creative director, and everything in between. She has a background in fine arts and brings a sharp eye for composition, lighting, styling, and visual balance that truly elevates the final images. Over the past four years, we’ve developed a strong working rhythm that allows us to move efficiently while still being thoughtful and creative throughout the process.

Together, we offer a collaborative and detail-focused approach that our clients have come to trust. We understand the design world and respect the level of work, intention, and craftsmanship that goes into every project.

Every shoot is an opportunity to create something lasting. I aim to tell the story of a space in a way that genuinely resonates and reflects the vision behind the design.
